James Fisher and Sons company Rotos 360 and Siemens Gamesa have completed a blade repair campaign at Orsted’s 210MW Westermost Rough offshore wind farm off the east coast of England.
The six-month project resulted in 38 internal blade repairs, Rotos 360 said.

Rotos 360 project manager Simon Wood led the work alongside an unnamed Siemens Gamesa technical project manager with the job completed by the former’s specialist blade team.
“We’d like to thank Siemens Gamesa and the Orsted site team for its support over the last six months in delivering a safe project on time,” Rotos 360 said.
Westermost Rough comprises 35 Siemens Gamesa 6MW machines and has been operational since 2015.
