Vestas has entered into an agreement to sell 80% of its shares in subsidiaries owning three Romanian wind farms to an undisclosed buyer for €136m.
The projects are Pantelimon, Pegasus and Apollo, with no details revealed of the sizes of the wind farms.

Closing of the transaction is expected to take place within eight to 10 weeks, Vestas said.
The transaction is subject to certain closing conditions, including approval by the Romanian Competition Council, it added.
The sale of projects are expected to be recognised as revenue and earnings within 2019 and Vestas maintains its guidance for the year.
