GE Renewable Energy is to supply turbines totalling 158MW to five wind farms being developed in Turkey by Turkerler and RT Enerji.
A total of 49 3MW machines will be delivered for the Kirazli, Meryem, Sile, Pamukova and Mahmut Sevket projects in Izmir, Bilecik, Sakarya and Istanbul.
The deal also includes a 10-year servicing agreement.
GE subsidiary LM Wind Power will produce 147 blades for the turbines at its Bergama plant in Izmir.
