Swiss infrastructure fund manager Susi Partners has acquired four onshore wind farms in Denmark totalling 90MW.
The projects are the 36MW Lonborg Hede 2, 25.2MW Nojsomheds Odde and the 14.4MW each Gronkaer and Handest Hede.
Renewable energy consultancy K2 Management has provided technical due diligence support for Susi on the acquisitions.
The scope included red flag reviews, site inspections, delivery of technical due diligence reports and independent energy yield assessments.
K2 Management senior consultant Steffen Ostergaard said: “We are proud to have supported Susi Partners with their recent European investments, helping them to expand their onshore portfolio.
“Contributing our experience-based insights to the acquisition process brings robustness to the transaction process and thus provides confidence to our clients.”
