Dutch marine outfit Chevalier Floatels has deployed its DP Galyna walk-to-work vessel at an unnamed offshore wind farm in the German North Sea.
The company said DP Galyna started the charter a month ago to support commissioning of the project’s offshore converter platform and will wrap up the work in mid-July.

All of the vessel’s accommodation is being utilised, while DP Galyna’s Ampelmann gangway is transferring workers to and from the platform.
Meanwhile, Chevalier Floatels’ DP Gezina vessel will be used this month to train offshore personnel for both the renewables and oil and gas sectors.
The company described the offshore market as bustling with lots of projects planned and ongoing.
