Capstone Infrastructure Corporation has acquired the 10MW Watford wind farm in Ontario from Zephyr Farms for an undisclosed price.
The project is located near the municipality of Brooke-Alvinston and operates under a power purchase agreement that expires in 2032, Capstone said.

It added that the acquisition of Watford brings its total wind power in Ontario to 194MW.
Capstone Infrastructure chief executive David Eva said: “We are really pleased to be adding Watford to our Ontario wind fleet as it complements our existing wind farms in the area and demonstrates Capstone’s ability to leverage our operational expertise to grow the business.”
