EDF Renewables North America is to buy the under development 300MW Milligan 1 wind farm in Nebraska, its first project in the US state.
The seller is York Nebraska Wind Partners, a partnership of Aksamit Resource Management and York Capital Management. No details about the sale price have been revealed.
Milligan 1 is located in Saline county in the south of Nebraska and is expected online in late 2020.
It will sell electricity and renewable energy credits into the Southwest Power Pool, EDF said.
