The Renewables Consulting Group has hired Marc Costa Ros as associate director based in a new office in Barcelona.
RCG said the opening of the office is part of plans to grow the company’s presence in Southern Europe, with a focus on Iberia, before moving into Latin America.
Costa Ros (pictured) has a background in structural engineering in onshore and offshore wind for Wood/Sgurr Energy, the Carbon Trust and Esteyco.
RCG managing director for Europe Dan Pearson said: “We’re heavily investing in our team in order to secure our position a leading provider of top-tier technical advisory services and support to project financing assignments.
“Our recent new hires are key to this and we are delighted to welcome Marc to the team. The experience he brings to the firm adds significantly to our transaction services client offering.”
