Dutch offshore wind equipment specialist Huisman is to supply Jan De Nul Group with an advanced monopile gripper.
The contractor will take receipt of the gripper in the second quarter of 2019, for installation on wind turbine installation vessel ‘Vole au vent’.

Huisman’s gripper is designed for deployment at existing as well as future projects, where monopile specifications are yet to be determined, giving Jan De Nul Group significant flexibility for present and future projects.
