Danish outfit K2 Management has appointed Ole Bigum Nielsened to the new role of chief operating officer (COO), effective from 1 December.
K2 said it had established the COO position to “strengthen deliverables in clients’ projects and daily operations”.
Nielsen (pictured) was formerly Vattenfall’s country manager in Denmark and vice president of engineering and construction.
K2 Management chief executive Henrik Stamer said: ” With Ole Bigum Nielsen onboard as chief operating officer, I am confident we will strengthen and optimize our services and solutions to existing and new clients even better.”
