Companies are being sought to supply an offshore substation for Parkwind’s 228MW Northwester 2 offshore wind farm off the coast of Belgium.
The developers have issued a tender for the design, manufacture, supply, installation and commissioning of a HV substation and foundation.
The tender is split into three lots – the substation platform, the foundation and installation of the foundation – and applications can be made for all of the lots.
The work is expected to last 18 months.
Companies interested in carrying out the work have until midday local time on 18 December to apply or register an interest.
