Innogy UK has inaugurated its 34.85MW Goole Fields 2 wind farm in the East Riding of Yorkshire.
The project features 17 Senvion MM92 turbines with output of 2.05MW each and heights of 126.5 metres.
The wind farm is sited next to the existing 32.8MW Goole Fields 1 wind farm, which was constructed in 2014.
From January, the combined wind farms will provide about £250,000 a year to local communities.
Innogy UK head of onshore wind construction and business development Tanya Davies said: “It is thanks to the dedication and hard work of countless people that Goole Fields 2 wind farm is now in operation.”
