Danish shipping company Esvagt has appointed Rune Østergaard as head of commercial wind.
Østergaard (pictured) was previously head of strategic customer management at Siemens Wind Power.
Esvagt said: “Rune Østergaard has an extensive understanding of the commercial wind market, which is a solid foundation for the task ahead.
“He has experience as a supplier for wind turbine producers both in Denmark and in the USA, and, as part of the wind turbine industry, he has worked closely with customers to fulfil their needs.”
