Vestas has entered into a conditional agreement with Zuma Energia to supply turbines totalling 443MW for the Reynosa 3 wind farm in Mexico.
The order is for the supply, installation and commissioning of V136-3.45MW machines at the project, which will be located in the state of Tamaulipas.
The deal also includes a 15-year active output management 5000 service agreement.
Vestas stressed that the agreement is not yet a “firm and unconditional order”.
