Listed UK infrastructure fund John Laing Environmental Assets Group has acquired a 33.5MW portfolio of operational solar projects in Wales and England for £12.2m.
The CSGH solar portfolio, sold by sPower Holdings, comprises the 5MW Higher Tregarne project in Corwall and three projects in South Wales: Crug Mawr, Golden Hill and Shoals Hook.
The debt-funded acquisition brings the total capacity of the renewable energy assets in JLEN’s portfolio to 225.2 MW.
