Law firm Squire Patton Boggs has appointed Henry Davey as a consultant in its energy and natural resources practice in London.
Davey (pictured) was previously a corporate partner at Herbert Smith Freehills in London.
He has 25 years’ experience of energy transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions of wind farms, project development and commercial contracts.
