Enel Green Power North America has completed the installation of the 400MW Cimarron Bend wind farm in Kansas, its largest facility globally.
The plant in Clark County has required an investment of $610m, the company said.
It has been developed in partnership with Tradewind Energy.
Construction began in April 2016, with the first 200MW starting to operate in January.
Electricity from each 200MW phase will be sold under two separate long-term power purchase agreements with Google and the Kansas City Board of Public Utilities.
Enel Green Power operates four other wind farms in the US state – Buffalo Dunes, Caney, Smoky Hills I and II.
