SgurrEnergy provided technical and commercial advice to JP Morgan Asset Management on the acquisition of Infinis Group’s 409MW UK wind farm portfolio from Terra Firma.
The portfolio consists of 19 operational projects totalling 343MW and a 66MW wind farm that will be online this month.
SgurrEnergy’s work included the provision of due diligence and analysis to assess the potential for improving output of the portfolio.
SgurrEnergy principal financial analyst David Cunningham said: “Our ability to understand and characterise wind and its relationship with the turbine allows for a full assessment of where we can provide effective solutions to improve financial returns for investors.”
