Renewable energy developer DP Energy has appointed three advisors to its board and a new chief legal officer (CLO).
James Nyhan, Michael Walsh and Stephen Williams have been added to the board, while Marie Mackenzie is the new CLO.
MacKenzie joins from Nordex Acciona Windpower, where she was regional head of legal North Europe and North America.
James Nyhan has worked for Shell, Edison Mission, Arup and as an independent consultant in energy markets in Europe, Australia, North America, South-east Asia and the Middle East.
Michael Walsh is chief executive officer of Woodford Capital, a single-family office that has interests in renewable energy, hotels, real estate and other investments.
Stephen Williams is a company director and former chief executive of RBS in Australia.
DP Energy managing director Simon De Pietro (pictured) said: “Their extensive experience and expertise will undoubtedly enhance the strategic direction of the company and support our commitment to develop and deliver sustainable, environmentally benign and increasingly substantial projects around the world.”
