French renewables outfit Quadran Group has acquired Enel France through its electricity marketing subsidiary Energies Libres.
The deal will expand Energies Libres’s energy supply expertise by providing a portfolio of clients and an experienced team, the company said.
Quadran said the acquisition brings its full-year turnover to €220m and increases its workforce to about 250 employees.
The Energies Libres division of Quadran is responsible for the sale of renewable electricity.
