Welsh developer Awel Aman Tawe will next month energise its 4.7MW Mynydd y Gwrhyd community wind farm in the upper Amman and Swansea valleys.
The project comprises two Enercon E-82 E4 turbines with hub heights of 59 metres and a rotor diameter of 82 metres.
Wind Prospect has provided a range of work during the project’s development, including technical due diligence, contract negotiation and construction services.
Awel will take over the wind farm in January, when Enercon will also start operation and maintenance.
