SSE has achieved first power from its 34.5MW Tievenameenta wind farm in Northern Ireland.
Construction of the 15-turbine wind farm, near Killeter in Tyrone, started in January, with the first turbine components arriving on site in mid-August.
All turbines are expected to be fully operational by spring 2017, the company said.
Roadbridge is the lead contractor for the project, while Siemens is supplying and installing 2.3-93 turbines.
