A special purpose entity has applied for funding support from the European Investment Bank for a 50MW portfolio of wind projects in Greece.
The bank said the portfolio comprises three wind farms located in the Tangara municipality of the country’s Viotia region.
The requested amount was not disclosed by the bank, nor was the total cost of the portfolio.
The project “further contributes to the bank’s priority objective for climate change” and is therefore eligible for funding support, the bank said in a statement.
