Origin Energy has sold the 30MW Cullerin Range wind farm in New South Wales to Energy Developments, a wholly-owned subsidiary of DUET Group, for A$72m.
Under the terms of the deal, Origin has entered into a long-term offtake agreement with the wind farm.
Origin said the sale is part of its A$800m asset divestment programme announced in September 2015.
The sale is subject to standard conditions precedent, the company said.
Origin said upon completion of sale, the divestment programme’s cumulative proceeds to date will total A$468m.
