French asset manager Acofi Gestion has acquired two wind farms totalling 30MW from RES.
The projects are the 18MW Monts de l’Ain and 12MW Bois de Bajouve facilities, which came online in October.
Monts de l’Ain comprises nine Senvion 2MW turbines, while Monts de l’Ain features six Vestas 2MW machines.
Consultancy Everoze provided technical advice to Acofi Gestion on the acquisition and project financing advice to Nord LB, which provided a long-term loan related to the acquisition.
