EDF Energies Nouvelles has bought three Polish wind farms totalling 108MW from Danish renewable energy group Greentech Energy Systems.
The three projects – Parnowo, Ustka and Smolecin – have been acquired by the French company’s Polish subsidiary EDF EN Polska for €5.4m.
The deal includes the transfer of the project companies and the “intention of further development and future construction of the projects”.
The deal was closed on 31 March.
