Greentech Energy Systems is selling to EDF Energies Nouvelles four Polish wind farms totalling 120MW.
The four wind farms are Parnowo, Ustka, Puck and Smolecin.
The deal was made through EDF EN subsidiary EDF EN Polska.
It is still dependent on the “satisfaction of some conditions”, after which EDF EN Polska will own 100% projects and take over all further development activities and related expenses.
The acquisition is expected to be completed in early 2016.
