Germany-based Capital Stage will acquire four solar parks totaling 16.9MW in the Piedmont region of Italy.
The value of the acquisition, including project debt, amounts to about €65.4m. The identity of the Spain-based vendor company has not been disclosed.
The agreement brings Capital Stage’s total solar generating capacity in Italy to more than 100MW.
A team from the Rome office of law firm Watson Farley & Williams advised Capital Stage on the deals.
It was led by partner Tiziana Manenti and assisted by counsel Luca Sfrecola and associate Cristina Betti.
WFW also advised on the regulatory and real estate aspects of the transaction.
