Wind Prospect Operations has hired Kelly Dallas as its new asset management director.
Dallas was formerly vice-president of technical asset management at BlackRock Alternative Infrastructure Investments – Renewable Power Group.
His primary focus will be on leading the personnel and business process optimisation, organisation structure and governance to enable delivery of safe, reliable and fit-for-purpose asset management services.
Wind Prospect Operations chief executive officer Barthélémy Rouer said: “Kelly’s arrival coincides with WPO’s fast-growing European portfolio reaching 2 GW.
“His vision as an institutional investor combined with his hands-on operations experience will strengthen our established capacity to provide market leading & cost effective services to our clients.”
The company aims to exceed 2 GW of secured asset management contracts in early 2016.
Currently, WPO is contracted to manage 1.9 GW of wind and solar parks from its European offices in France, Germany, Ireland, Sweden and UK.
