Independent offshore and onshore operations manager OutSmart is involved in wind operations totalling 1.15GW, following its latest assignment from Gemini offshore wind in the Netherlands.
Some 800MW are offshore and 350MW are onshore, the company said.
OutSmart Group managing director Dennis Schiricke said: “We have foreseen this development in the market when we set-up our Operations Management Centre in Emden three years ago.”
OutSmart responsibilities at Gemini comprise a range of tasks, including 24/7 services, HSE and operational activity co-ordination, as well as power off-take services.
