LM Group Holding has acquired from its unnamed joint venture partner the remaining interest in LM Wind Power do Brasil.
Following the deal, LM owns 100% of LM Wind Power do Brasil. through its subsidiary LM Wind Power.
The former joint venture partner will continue to assist LM Wind Power do Brasil in an advisory capacity.
This will last for a period of three years.
