Kinetica Solar and joint venture partner Welink Energy have sold Canadian asset management firm Fengate Capital Management two solar parks totalling 46MW for £54m.
The projects are the 39MW Raventhorpe solar park in North Lincolnshire and the 7MW Roanhead site in Cumbria.
Both projects, which have been operational since March, receive 1.4 Renewable Obligation Certificates per MWh of generation until 2035.
Raventhorpe will provide Tata Steel in Scunthorpe with the renewable energy under a private wire agreement.
