The last batch of Siemens Gamesa 7MW turbines for the 588MW Beatrice offshore wind farm have been loaded onto Swire Blue Ocean jack-up Pacific Orca for installation off the coast of Scotland.
Load out was at the Nigg Energy Park in Scotland, where pre-assembly has been taking place.

Beatrice will comprise 84 turbines and is scheduled to be fully commissioned later this year.
The wind farm is being developed by SSE (40%), Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (35%) and Red Rock Power (25%).
