Swedish renewables developer Arise made a loss after tax of Skr288m (€26m) in the first quarter of the year, compared with a loss of Skr13m in the same period of 2018.
The loss was mainly down to the company’s participation in its associate Sirocco, which has since been sold, Arise said.
The loss from associates stood at Skr272m after tax, the company said.
Sales in the latest period stood at Skr81m, up from Skr55m a year ago, while EBITDA rose to Skr40m from Skr30m.
Production from the company’s own wind power operations stood at 103 gigawatt-hours in the first three months of the year, up from 76GWh last year.
This represented average income of Skr475 a megawatt-hour, down from Skr522/MWh.
Some Skr363MWh came from electricity, up from Skr356/MWh, and Skr112/MWh from electricity certificates, which was down from 166/MWh previously.
