Dutch company C-bed has deployed its floating hotel Wind Ambition at four offshore wind farms in the German North Sea.
The vessel provides accommodation for a total 137 persons in single cabins, as well as workshop, storage and office facilities.
The deployment started in April and is scheduled to last for several months.
Crew transfer vessels (CTV) transport offshore technicians from Wind Ambition to their workplaces on a daily basis.
C-bed said Wind Ambition (pictured) has a purpose built boat landing and an offshore CTV bunkering option.
The company will be using both Emden in Germany and Esbjerg in Denmark as base ports for crew change and loading of fresh supplies.
