CSBC-Deme Wind Engineering (CDWE) has won the contract from CIP to install the foundations at its Fengmiao 1 project.
The agreement marks the first Foundation T&I contract signed in Taiwan’s offshore wind 3.1 zonal development, CDWE said.
The 500MW Fengmiao 1 offshore wind farm is being developed by CIP Taiwan Round 3 Projects.

Following past successful collaboration in Changfang & Xidao project and the Zhong Neng project, CDWE will work again with CIP and deploy its heavy lift marine installation vessel GreenJade for the foundation installation work.
Fengmiao wind farm is aimed to be in operation in 2027.
