Convent Offshore, a German offshore wind industry personnel provider, has opened an office in Hamburg.
The Oldenburg-based company described the city as the “most relevant hub for the whole international wind branch”.
It has appointed Lars Poslednik as director sales and business development based in the new branch
Convent Offshore managing director Thorben Schiborowski said one of the goals of the Hamburg office is to “increase the direct and individual proximity to our customers to guarantee a fast, safe and efficient placement”.
He added that many of the company’s customers have headquarters in the city.
Convent Offshore executive Anett Laduch said Poslednik’s appointment had strengthened the company’s “personnel internal capacity as a reliable partner” in the wind industry.
