DEME Offshore has completed installation of all 103 jacket foundations for the turbines and three offshore substations for the 950MW Moray East wind farm off the east coast of Scotland.
The work was carried our by Seajacks Scylla from the staging port of Nigg.

Scylla was chartered by DEME for the work after its Orion vessel, which was originally scheduled to carry out installation, was put out of action by a crane collapse.
Moray East will comprise 100 MHI Vestas 9.5MW turbines.
The project is being developed by a consortium of Ocean Winds, Diamond Generating Europe and China Three Gorges.
