EDPR has completed the sale of an 80% equity share in a 563MW wind and solar portfolio in the US to Connor, Clark & Lunn Infrastructure for an enterprise value of $684m.
The projects covered by the deal include the 200MW Riverstart Solar project in Indiana, which is expected online next year, the 100MW Meadow Lake 5 wind development operational in the same US state since 2017, and the operational 99MW Redbed Plains wind facility in Oklahoma.

Two other wind projects in the portfolio are the 98MW Quily Block in Wisconsin and the 66MW Hog Creek in Ohio, both online since 2017.
EDPR said the deal is part of its asset rotation programme for the 2019-2022 period.
