MunmuBaram has secured two more Electricity Business Licenses (EBLs) from South Korea’s Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy to progress its floating wind project off the coast of Ulsan city.
With the first EBL obtained in November 2021, MunmuBaram now has obtained all the required EBLs to fully develop the 1.3GW floating offshore wind project in South Korea.

Following the award of the EBLs, MunmuBaram will continue to progress the floating offshore wind project development through environmental impact assessment (EIA), marine traffic survey, cultural heritage inspection survey and other activities.
Subject to future investment decisions, the MunmuBaram project will be developed in phases.
