Ziton has entered into a three-year framework agreement with Dong Energy to provide operation and maintenance services for offshore wind turbines in Denmark and the UK.
The company will provide jack-up crane vessels for main component exchanges on wind farms not covered by manufacturer warranty.
The agreement also has an option to be extended to five years.
The work will include exchanging blades, rotors, blade and main bearings, gearboxes, generators and transformers.
Ziton will also provide project management, prepare project plans, lifting operations and supervision and design and construct seafastenings.
Danish company Ziton has three jack-up vessels and was formerly known as DBB Jack-Up Services.
