Doosan Heavy Industries & Construction has signed a contract with Korea Offshore Wind Power for the maintenance of the demonstration phase of the 60MW Southwest offshore wind project.
The first phase of the three-prong project, which is located on southeast coast of Wido in Buan-gun, North Jeolla Province, will involve the construction of 20 turbines.
DHIC will be responsible for the operation rate of the turbines under the terms of the 15-year deal, which is due to start in 2019.
