Belgian company GeoSea has officially taken the reins at Danish offshore wind installation contractor A2Sea.
The last hurdle to the deal was cleared when competition authorities signed off on the details.
Previous owners Dong and Siemens announced GeoSea as the new owner in July.
A2Sea chief executive Michael Glavind said: “We are very pleased to welcome our new owners, GeoSea. To both companies, safety is of paramount importance, and furthermore, we take pride in delivering projects to the full satisfaction of our customers.
He added that A2Sea “looks forward to the co-operation drawing on the expertise from our new colleagues in GeoSea”.
