The offshore substation jacket for the 480MW Saint-Nazaire wind farm off west France has been loaded out.
Fabricator Rosetti Marino said it reached the milestone from the Piomboni yard in Ravenna, Italy.

The jacket is 50 meters high and weights over 1200 tonnes.
It will now be transported to the project via a barge.
Sail away is scheduled for early June, the company said.
Saint-Nazaire is being built by the EDF-led EMF consortium and is due online by the end of next year.
