Taiwan company Hung Hua Construction is supporting transportation, JDN said. During load out the crew will remain isolated from activities onshore to protect against COVID-19.
Jackets measure between 55 and 62 metres high with the heaviest unit weighing in at 1100 tonnes.
The foundations will support Hitachi 5.2MW turbines, which are due to be installed later this year.
The Changhua demo, also known as Taiwan Power Company Offshore Windfarm Phase 1, is located 8km off the coast of Fangyuan.
