Susie Lind has confirmed her departure as managing director of Bluefloat Energy and Nadara’s UK partnership.
She has held the role while also serving as Bluefloat’s UK country manager since October 2022 to spearhead development of a 4.4GW portfolio of five floating wind farms in Scottish waters.
Lind is also non-executive director at Scottish Renewables and RenewableUK and was vice chair of the Offshore Wind Industry Council from July 2023 until this month.
It follows recent speculation that Bluefloat owner Quantum Capital Group is in advanced negotiations to divest its assets and transfer ownership of the UK and Italian floating wind portfolios to Nadara.
Lind said: “After three years of leading the Bluefloat Energy-Nadara partnership in the UK, the time has come to move on.
“It will always remain an incredibly special experience for me with a very special team, and I know the Bellrock, Broadshore, Stromar, Sinclair and Scaraben projects are in brilliant hands with lots to come.”
