Anma Offshore Wind Energy has selected engineering and advisory company Ramboll for detailed foundation design and certification support for South Korea’s first utility-scale offshore wind project.
Ramboll, having established its first office in South Korea end of 2022, has secured the contract for WTG Foundation Detailed Design of the 532MW wind farm’s 38 14MW turbines, which will be supported on three-legged jackets with pre-installed pin-piles. Additionally, Anma Offshore Wind Energy will also rely on Ramboll for developing Design Basis part A and assisting in the certification process with the certification body.
