RWE Renewables has gone to market for a host of services to support the construction of its 1.4GW Sofia project off the east England coast.
The developer has opened a call via the project website for eight lots of work, asking interested parties to respond by September 21.
The lots include the provision of navigation aids, a satellite comms system, marine management support, metocean buoys and lidar, onshore support, helicopter transport, project charts and surveys as well as personnel and related services.
The lots may be bundled together where contractors can show the ability to deliver several different scopes, the developer said.
The Sofia project is located 195km from the UK on Dogger Bank and will feature 100 Siemens Gamesa 14MW turbines.
It is due to be fully operational in 2026.
