Siemens Gamesa has secured an agreement with Danish energy company Hofor to supply turbines for a 300MW offshore wind farm.
Siemens Gamesa will supply 26 11MW offshore wind turbines for the Aflandshage Wind Farm.

The manufacturer will supply its SG 11.0-200 DD units.
Hofor awarded Siemens Gamesa with the turbine agreement after the project was given the green light under the Danish Energy Agency’s Open Door scheme.
Siemens Gamesa will install the turbines supported by vessels operator Cadeler.
