Polish fabricator ST3 Offshore has issued a fourth tender looking for a buyer as bankruptcy proceedings at the company continue.
The company has reduced the asking price to PLN164,276,000 (€36.8m) from PLN 187,744,000 in the third tender.

Submission of a written and unconditional bid drawn up in the Polish language by 2pm local time on 2 July is necessary in order to participate in the tender, the company said.
The company’s yard at Szczecin near the German border covers an area of 220,000 square metres and includes a 100,000 square metre fabrication hall and riverfront quay for loading out components.
ST3 first went up for sale in February with the local court officially declaring the company bankrupt at the end of March.
